Recurring rates apply to maintained, repeat visits. We quote your first cleaning individually, as an Initial Standard or Initial Deep clean, based on your home.

Tell us about your home with the short form. We review it, usually from your description and photos, and come back with a personalized quote. We only visit in person when your home's condition calls for it.
Is the price on the website final?
No. Prices shown are estimates for typical homes. Your first cleaning is always quoted individually, and we confirm the price with you before the service. Any additional work needs your approval first.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many clients use a lockbox or door code. We arrange access directly with you once you confirm, so please never put a code in the quote form.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and products, unless we agree on something different with you.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome in a safe environment. Please secure any pets that are anxious or aggressive during the visit.
How much do I need to prepare?
Very little. Light tidying of visible items helps us focus on cleaning. Severe clutter may reduce the scope or lead to a re-quote, which we always agree with you before the work.
What is included in each service?
Each service has a defined scope. Inside ovens, fridges and interior windows are optional add-ons. See the Services page for the details.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will arrange a reasonable re-clean of the areas in question.
What are your cancellation terms?
We confirm cancellation terms with your quote before any service is scheduled.
Do you clean vacation rentals?
Yes, as a secondary service. We build a checklist with you, and the host provides linens and supplies.
