Who we are
OrbitShine, Heber City, Utah. We provide residential cleaning services in Heber City, Midway and Park City. For any privacy question or request, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 435-395-2055.
What we collect
Through the quote form: your name, your phone number and/or email, your service area, and the details about your home that you choose to share (such as bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, condition, add-ons, a preferred date and notes). Through WhatsApp: whatever you send us, including your address if you decide to share it. Please do not put door codes, passwords or payment details in the form. Our hosting provider also receives technical data, such as your IP address, in routine server logs.
How we use it
Only to prepare your quote, to contact you about it and to provide the service you ask for. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
To run this website and receive your requests we use Netlify (website hosting), Resend (delivers quote requests to our email inbox, which is hosted by Google) and WhatsApp, a Meta service, when you message us. These providers process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on it.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to quote and provide the service, or as the law requires. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, send us a message on WhatsApp at +1 435-395-2055.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
