Terms of service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
About these terms
By using this website or contacting OrbitShine you agree to these terms. OrbitShine, Heber City, Utah, provides residential cleaning in Heber City, Midway and Park City.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are "from" estimates for typical homes and are not final. The final price is confirmed in a quote after we review the details of your home. Your first cleaning is always quoted individually, and we confirm the price with you before any service. Additional work requires your approval first.
A request is not a booking
Sending the quote form or a WhatsApp message is a request. A service is booked only when OrbitShine confirms the date and the price with you. This website does not take payments.
Scope
Each service has a defined scope, described on the Services page. Items outside the scope may be added by agreement.
Re-clean guarantee
If something was not done right, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours, with photos if possible, and we will re-clean that area at no cost. The guarantee covers only the tasks included in your quote and does not include refunds.
Access and safety
We need safe working conditions. Access arrangements are agreed directly with you.
Scheduling, cancellations and payment
These details are agreed with you in your quote before the service.
Damage
If you believe something was damaged during a service, please tell us within 48 hours on WhatsApp at +1 435-395-2055, with photos if you can. We review every case individually. We do not promise any specific outcome or amount in advance.
Using this website
Please use the form honestly and do not send spam or false information. The content and photographs on this site belong to OrbitShine and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
