Residential cleaning only. Here is what each service covers, so there are no surprises. Your first cleaning is always quoted individually.

Recurring Cleaning

For homes in maintained condition. Choose weekly, every 2 weeks (recommended) or every 4 weeks.

Typically includes

  • Accessible surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms
  • Sinks, faucets, toilets and maintained showers or tubs
  • Accessible dusting in bedrooms and living areas
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Trash removal and appliance exteriors
  • Cabinet fronts (spot marks), handles and light switches

Good to know

  • Basic tidying of visible items. This is not professional organizing or moving heavy furniture.
  • Inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and interior windows are not included by default. They are available as add-ons.
  • Your first visit is quoted individually and may be an Initial Standard or Initial Deep clean.

Deep Cleaning

Everything in a standard clean, plus the detail work that builds up over time.

Typically includes

  • Baseboards, doors and door frames
  • Reachable blinds and ceiling fans
  • Heavier build-up in targeted areas
  • Corners and edges
  • Safely reachable areas under and behind light furniture

Good to know

  • Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are add-ons or quoted separately.
  • Not included without an agreed scope: hazardous mold, biohazards, high ceilings or windows, machinery, or grout restoration.

Move-In / Move-Out

For empty or properly cleared homes.

Typically includes

  • The full deep-cleaning scope
  • Inside empty cabinets and drawers
  • Accessible closets
  • Surface detailing throughout

Good to know

  • Inside the oven and fridge are add-ons.
  • Not included without a quote: repairs, permanent stains, full wall washing, professional carpet cleaning, excessive debris, garage or exterior windows.

Vacation Rental Turnover

Built around a checklist you agree on with us.

Typically includes

  • Bathrooms, kitchen and floors
  • Trash removal
  • Beds made with host-provided linens, and towels
  • Restocking of host-provided supplies
  • Simple staging and a visual check
  • Photo confirmation if agreed in advance

Good to know

  • Laundry is an add-on. Washer and dryer availability and timing are confirmed with the host.
  • We do not offer inventory services, professional damage inspection, or guaranteed check-in times without a confirmed agreement.

Available when they fit the service. Unusual condition or size may need a custom quote.

How we work

  • We bring our own equipment and products unless we agree otherwise.
  • We need a safe environment. Anxious or aggressive pets should be secured, and we cannot work around biological hazards or electrical or chemical risks.
  • Light tidying is fine. Severe clutter may reduce the scope or lead to a re-quote, which we always agree with you before the work.
  • Access through a lockbox or code is arranged directly with you after you confirm. Never put codes in the quote form.
